We're Molly and Jessica!

My name is Molly, part owner of Tails and Ties. I'm originally from the North Carolina mountains but now call Ohio home. Growing up, I've always had animals or been around them, So from a young age I knew I wanted to do something with animals because caring for them was my passion! Especially when they were sick, I wanted to nurse them back to good health.

I'm a Registered Veterinary Technician and got my degree when I was living in NC. My husband and I got married in Nov. 2023 and we knew we wanted our dogs to be in our wedding. We found a wedding day pet service that helped us achieve that! It allowed us to have our dogs involved in our big day in a stress free way. So Jessica and I wanted to help couples have their pets in their weddings as well, but in Ohio! Thus Tails and Ties was born. 

Our mission is to provide you with a safe and stress free way to have your pets involved in your wedding day.

meet Molly

I grew up in Ohio and from a young age I knew that working with animals was how I wanted to spend my life. I graduated from Kent State University with a bachelors in biology and ended up at a veterinary clinic where I was quickly promoted to a management position. Most of my adult life has been spent in the vet field and dog training world. Therefore, I have a great understanding of animal behavior and care.

When I attended Molly’s wedding, I saw the value of having a wedding day pet attendant. She was able to have her dogs involved in her big day with little to no stress. I knew how valuable this could be to pet owners in Ohio and knew we had to find a way to offer this service. We are so excited to care for your pets and bring your wedding day dreams to life!
